Your key focus will be in providing cash management and treasury back-office services for Fazer Group companies in compliance with Fazer Group policy and guidelines. In the role of Specialist, Cash Management & TBO, your key focus will be in providing efficient and timely cash management services to our customers. You will have a responsibility for daily CM and TBO operations such as processing and managing bank account statements, processing outgoing and incoming payments, reconciliation of bank account balances and consolidation of short-term cash flow forecasts.

Collaborating with colleagues and internal partners of Shared Finance as well as with our cash management banks and other external partners, is vital in your role. Involvement in M&A projects as well as other interesting and challenging initiatives of Fazer Group or Shared Finance Services will be part of your job. You will be a valuable member of Shared Finance Services community and a member of Cash Management team.

Your position will be located in Vaarala, Vantaa and you will report to Senior Manager, Cash Management & Treasury back office. We work in a hybrid model, while meeting colleagues on a weekly basis.

We expect you to have suitable education, a good understanding of cash management processes and at least 2-3 years of practical experience from corresponding cash management tasks and/or treasury back-office practices. You are accurate and have eyes for details without losing the overall vision and seeing the big picture. Previous experience from SAP and Nomentia will be highly appreciated, as well good skills in Excel.

You are known as a supportive and positive team member, with a good customer service skill. As we serve Fazer companies and business units in different countries, in addition to the Finnish or Swedish, a good command in English is required.
