National Sales Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated National Education Manager for the Finnish education sector to lead partnership engagement between TechClass and Finnish Educational Institutions (Applied Sciences Universities, Universities, and Vocational Schools).

The ideal candidate has over three years of experience in a related role in a Finnish Educational Institution.

POSITION DUTIES

• Initiate and lead partnership affairs between TechClass and educational institutions.
• Coordinate the educational, administrative, and financial affairs of the Education Department.
• Consult with academic and administrative staff to coordinate educational programs.
• Research educational systems, as well as monitor and evaluate new developments.
• Identify and address present and future needs for student development.
• Collaborate on creating materials to be presented to prospects, including proposals and appropriate correspondence.
• Potentially collaborate with the Directors to create strategies, goals, and objectives for lead generation, assessment, and formation of key relationships and opportunities in the education sector.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the educational field.
• Comfortable managing deadlines, prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment, and producing results with great attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation, writing, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the sales process and a strong general sales acumen.
• Excellent writing and communication skills both in Finnish and English.
• Passionate about working with people.
